This model is for operators to purchase and operate Earthboat.
Operator Operator Outsourcing Model
This is a model in which the investor-owner of the site builder purchases Earthboat. The operator, who is entrusted with the operation of the facility, can start operation of the facility with minimal initial financial burden.

Flow of Opening a Business 開業までの流れ

Land Information Consultation
To build an Earthboat Village, you will need approximately 5,000 square meters or more of land. If you have any unused or surplus land, please contact us with specific land information.

Planning and proposal
We will discuss with you whether or not you are able to operate the inn by yourself and what your requirements are for opening a business. Earthboat will plan and propose the most suitable operation image, etc. according to the conditions of the land.

Contract
After finalizing the specific image of the development and operation, we will conclude a purchase agreement. In the case of the operator outsourcing model, we will start sales to investors. The development of the land and Earthboat will finally begin in earnest when those who are attracted to the land and Earthboat purchase it.

Start of construction and installation
It is expected to take approximately 4 months from the start of construction to the completion of the project. We will also work with the operator to develop an operational system for the installation.

Once Earthboat is posted on the website, we will finally begin accepting reservations. Operation will begin.
