Earthboat Nojiri/Togakushi is an example of an Earthboat installed next to an existing lodging facility, LAMP/Togakushi Kogen Hotel.
While keeping the operating structure of the accommodation facility the same, we added rooms with high unit prices without investing in the hotel's common areas. By providing services that utilize existing facilities such as restaurants, we are creating service characteristics at each location.

【Case 1】 We own idle land rich in nature and want to make use of it.

Earthboat Village Kurohime/Hakuba are examples of the use of an abandoned 30,000 tsubo piece of land and an unused rugby court in the forest, respectively.
We propose ways to make the most of the charm of each location, such as a beautiful waterfront, a location overlooking a majestic mountain range, or an isolated quiet forest.

【Case 1】 We operate a campsite/glamping facility and want to create rooms with a high price per stay.

A project is underway to replace glamping tents that have been in operation for several years and have deteriorated/become dirty.
Compared to tents, they are equipped with water, have a longer service life, and can be expected to have a higher cost per night.
