Pet Policy

  • Earthboat (hereinafter referred to as "the Hotel") has established a pet policy to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. ("Earthboat") has established a pet policy to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests.
    We ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following policy, and if you do not abide by this policy, you will not be allowed to stay at the hotel.

  • Pet Conditions

    1. We regret that we cannot accommodate pets with aggressive temperaments, such as those that bite people or other pets.
    2. Must be potty trained and fully trained.
    3. Must be in good health and not in heat or pregnant.
    4. Must have received the following vaccinations within the past year to prevent infectious diseases.
      Dogs: Rabies vaccination and 5 or more mixed vaccinations
      Cats: Vaccination with 3 or more mixed vaccines
      Fleas and ticks must have been prevented and exterminated.
  • Indoor rules

    1. Please do not shampoo, trim, or brush your pet indoors.
    2. Leashes are not required indoors, but please keep your dog on a leash or in a cage provided by you while on the facility grounds.
    3. Please wipe your feet before entering the facility when you return from outside.
    4. Please do not disturb other guests with your squealing.
    5. Please do not leave your pets alone in the room.
    6. If your pet engages in excessive barking, mounting, or other such behavior, stop it immediately.
    7. If your pet marks or defecates anywhere other than the indoor pet pads, please clean it up yourself and contact our hotel immediately.
  • Damage and Liability

    1. For any defacement or damage in the facility, we will charge the necessary expenses for restoring the facility to its original state (cleaning, cleaning, repair, replacement, and other necessary expenses).
    2. If your pet has an accident or defecation indoors, please clean it up and report it to the hotel immediately. If there are any costs involved in restoring the room to its original condition due to lingering odors or other reasons, you will be charged for the actual costs incurred.
    3. In case of trouble between pets or pets causing harm or damage to other guests' belongings, the parties concerned are responsible for resolving the matter among themselves.
    4. The hotel will not be held responsible for any injury, death, theft, escape, or accidents that may occur to your pet during your stay.
    5. If a guest room cannot be sold due to damage or soiling, we may request compensation for lost business during the period until repairs are completed.However, if the owner promptly reports the damage, we may waive the claim for lost business compensation.
    6. After check-out, we will inspect your room at the hotel. If any damage or soiling is found, we may contact you at a later date and charge you for the costs incurred.
    7. There are basically no restrictions on the type, size, or number of pets you can bring with you, but there are some locations that do have restrictions. Please check the "Pets allowed" section of the notes on each location page before making a reservation.
  • Please be aware that if any false information is provided in your application or if you violate this policy during your stay, we may refuse your accommodation or ask you to leave the premises.
    Please be sure to read and agree to the above pet policy before making a reservation.
    We will assume that you have agreed to the terms of the policy when you make a reservation.

    Our hotel is open to the general public who are not accompanied by pets. We ask for your cooperation in making your stay with us a pleasant one.

    The following is a guideline for the costs incurred in the event of damage or soiling. The actual amount charged will be determined based on an assessment of the damage and a contractor's estimate. For cases not listed, we will discuss the matter on a case-by-case basis.
