  During winter, guests must take the ski lift to the Earthboat area.
  
  Lift transport size limit: Up to 60cm square
  
  Guests with luggage exceeding the above size must select this option.
  Hotel staff will transport your luggage to your room via snowmobile.
  
  Please place your luggage in front of the entrance by 8:00 AM on checkout day. It will be stored at the hotel front desk until your checkout time.
  
  *Applicable period: December 20th to March 29th
  *As we will be moving across snow surfaces, please avoid bringing suitcases whenever possible.

We operate the Okutone Onsen Hotel Sunbird and the Minakami Kogen Fujiwara Ski Resort in Minakami’s snow-rich Fujiwara area. Known for eleven private open-air baths and natural-snow slopes, we welcome many guests from in and outside the prefecture.

・If you have not selected a meal option, no meals will be provided. Please make sure to purchase and bring your own ingredients before arrival.
・Upon arrival at Hotel Sunbird, please proceed to the main building’s front desk for check-in guidance.

Each building is 22m2 in size and can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults.
Pets are generally allowed in all areas, including the sauna room.However, please note that you will be responsible for any damage to equipment or scratches on walls and floors caused by pets.
Please do not take home any equipment/cooking utensils/amenities left in the room.

・Road conditions are expected to deteriorate due to snow accumulation and freezing starting in December.
Please arrive in a four-wheel drive (4WD) vehicle equipped with studless tires.
・At checkout, guests will need to walk to the slopes. Guests not bringing skis or snowboards should wear snow boots.
