Do I need to register as a member to make a reservation?
Membership registration is required. To register as a member, click the "LOGIN" button in the top right of this website, then click the "Register as a new member here." button.
How many days in advance can I make a reservation via the official website?
On the accommodation reservation page, reservations can only be made during the period displayed on the "Stay Period" screen.
I want to change my reservation details.
Please cancel the relevant reservation and rebook. To cancel, select the relevant booking from the "List of reservations" in My Page and click on the "Cancel" button at the bottom of the page.
How can I pay for my accommodation?
Booking from the official website
Payment can only be made by credit card registered at the time of booking. Please note that cash and other cashless payments are not accepted.
Reservations made through other reservation sites
Please follow the payment method of each reservation site. Please note that we do not accept on-site payment.
Are the prices on the official website the best rates?
We strive to provide the best possible rate, but if you find a site where you can make a reservation at a lower price under the same conditions within 24 hours of making your reservation, please contact us with the relevant date and price, the site URL, the reservation date and time, the dates of your stay, the plan name, and the reservation price, and we will change the price to the same price after confirming the information. *Please note that we may not be able to match special prices from reservation sites, travel agencies, transportation companies, etc.
