• Payment Methods

  【Credit Card Payment】
  Please make the payment with a credit card under the cardholder's name.

• `Payment Schedule`

  • Accommodation fees・additional number of guests・cleaning fees・and optional additional fees
    These fees will be paid by credit card together at the time of booking.
    
  • Cancellation Fees
    Credit card payment will be processed upon the confirmation of cancellation.
    

• Reservation Confirmation and Service Delivery Timing

  A reservation is considered complete when the confirmation of your booking is displayed on the screen of our website.
  You can use the booked accommodation facility on the scheduled date of your reservation (check-in date).

• Additional Monetary Responsibilities Apart from Service Fees

  • Internet connection fees and communication charges during the application and service usage are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you choose to make the payment through bank transfer or any other means, the transfer fees will be borne by the customer.

• About Membership

  • 「membership」
    A member who has registered as a member on the Earthboat reservation website operated by the Company. You may cancel your membership at any time. However, points held at the time of cancellation will be automatically forfeited. <br>※The membership system is subject to change without notice.

• Expiration and Invalidation of Points

  • Points are awarded when a member makes a reservation for lodging services that are eligible for points.
  • Points are valid for 6 months from the date they are awarded.
  • If points are not used by the expiration date, such points will automatically expire.
  • Expired points cannot be used.
  • The Company will not provide any compensation for, and will not be liable for, any forfeited points.

• Reservation Changes and Cancellation

  We do not accept reservation changes. If you need to make changes, please cancel the existing reservation and make a new one. For information on cancellation fees, please check the reservation details on the My Page. Cancellation fees can also be confirmed at the time of booking.
