Cancellation by the customer
For the following reasons, the prescribed cancellation fee will apply:
Bad weather*, poor health, changes in work schedules, vehicle breakdowns, duplicate reservations, discrepancies in accommodation dates, or schedule changes.
※Except for the cases listed under “Cancellation Fee Exemptions” below in relation to bad weather. -
How to Cancel
To cancel a reservation, please go to My Page on the official website or each reservation site.

Please select your reservation from the "Reservation List" in My Page, and click the "Cancel" button at the bottom of the page to cancel your reservation.

Cancellation Fee
If you make a reservation through a website other than the official website, the cancellation policy may differ.
Please refer to the cancellation policy listed on each booking site.
If you make a reservation through the official website, please follow the instructions below.
Nojiriko
・Cancellation from 7 days before: 20% of the accommodation fee
・Cancellation from 4 days before: 30% of the accommodation fee
・Cancellation on the day before: 50% of the accommodation fee
・Cancellation on the day of the stay or no-show: 100% of the accommodation fee
Shirakabako
・Cancellation from 7 days before: 20% of the accommodation fee
・Cancellation from 3 days before: 30% of the accommodation fee
・Cancellation on the day before: 50% of the accommodation fee
・Cancellation on the day of the stay or no-show: 100% of the accommodation fee
Other Earthboats
・Cancellation from 7 days before: 20% of the accommodation fee
・Cancellation from 2 days before: 50% of the accommodation fee
・Cancellation on the day before: 80% of the accommodation fee
・Cancellation on the day of your stay or no-show: 100% of the accommodation fee
※Cancellation of meal-only reservations
If the cancellation fee is incurred during the cancellation fee period, the above cancellation fee will be charged on the option amount. -
Exemption from cancellation fee
Cancellation fees will be waived if we deem it difficult for you to come to the hotel after 9:00 a.m. on the day of your stay due to the occurrence of a life-threatening situation caused by a natural disaster, or suspension of public transportation due to a typhoon or heavy snowfall, etc.

Payment of Cancellation Fee
We will refund the amount of the room charge already paid minus the cancellation fee.
If you have not received your refund after 2 weeks, please contact us. -
