Cancellation by the customer
In case of illness, change of work schedule, car breakdown, inclement weather, etc., cancellation fee will be charged as stipulated.

How to Cancel
To cancel a reservation, please go to My Page on the official website or each reservation site.

Please select your reservation from the "Reservation List" in My Page, and click the "Cancel" button at the bottom of the page to cancel your reservation.

Cancellation Fee
A cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a cancellation for the customer's convenience.
(For your convenience: illness, change of work schedule, car breakdown, inclement weather, etc.)
・Cancellation up to 2 days prior to the stay: 50% of the room charge
・Cancellation on the day before the stay: 80% of the room charge
・Cancellation on the day of stay or no-show: 100% of the room charge
※Cancellation of meals only: The above cancellation fees will also be charged. -
Exemption from cancellation fee
Cancellation fees will be waived if we deem it difficult for you to come to the hotel after 9:00 a.m. on the day of your stay due to the occurrence of a life-threatening situation caused by a natural disaster, or suspension of public transportation due to a typhoon or heavy snowfall, etc.

Payment of Cancellation Fee
We will refund the amount of the room charge already paid minus the cancellation fee.
If you have not received your refund after 2 weeks, please contact us. -
