*Please note that the lifts are closed after 18:00 and we cannot accept your arrival.
*Please note that the lift operates until 4:45 PM.
*After the lift operation ends, transportation will be provided by snow grooming vehicles or snowmobiles until 6:00 PM.

① Check-in at the front desk of Hotel Sunbird main building
② Park your car in the Hotel Sunbird parking lot and take the ski resort's second lift to the Earthboat area

※About lift transportation※
・The lift fee required for check-in is included in the accommodation fee
・If you use the ski resort, please purchase a lift ticket separately at the front desk
・The maximum size that can be transported by the lift is 50cm wide x 55cm deep x 65cm high
・If your luggage exceeds this size, please select "Large luggage" in the reservation options or call Hotel Sunbird by the day before your stay.

[Check-out]
You will have to walk down the mountain for about 10 minutes from the Earthboat area.
Please bring comfortable luggage and shoes that are easy to walk in, as you will be walking on the groomed snow on the slopes.
If you do not have suitable shoes for descending the mountain, you can rent snow boots at the ski resort.
[Rental Fee]
- Adult: 2,000 yen
- Child: 1,500 yen
*We strongly recommend that you bring shoes suitable for snowy roads, as stock may be insufficient during busy periods such as the New Year holidays and long weekends.

Due to the convenience of moving around the ski resort lifts, only small dogs and cats that fit in a carrier case are allowed to stay, for the safety of pets.

Please bring studless tires in preparation for snow accumulation and frozen roads.

From Minakami Station on the conventional line or Jomo-Kogen Station on the Joetsu Shinkansen, take a bus or taxi

Each building is 22m2 in size and can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults.

Pets are generally allowed in all areas, including the sauna room.

However, please note that you will be responsible for any damage to equipment or scratches on walls and floors caused by pets.

Please do not take home any equipment/cooking utensils/amenities left in the room.
