Earthboat Starting with the Lake Nojiriko and Kurohime areas in Shinano-cho, Nagano Prefecture, Earthboat Village plans to gradually expand its area from the Kanto Koshin region. Projects are underway in Togakushi and Hakuba in Nagano Prefecture, Kita-Karuizawa and Minakami in Gunma Prefecture, and other locations.
