<Check-in>
15:00 - 17:00 (Lift Operation Hours: 8:30 - 16:30)  
- The accommodation is located mid-slope, and guests must ski or snowboard from the lift station to reach the lodging. The same applies when departing.  
- Walking from the lift station to the accommodation is not permitted, so please bring your own skis or snowboard, or use the available paid rental service.  
- In the following cases, a snowmobile or similar transport will be provided between the accommodation and the lift entrance. Please inform the lift ticket sales staff upon arrival:  
   1. If you are not skiing or snowboarding  
   2. If you are arriving between 17:00 and 18:00, or departing before 8:00  
- After 18:00, we are unable to accept check-ins. If you will be arriving after 18:00, please contact us in advance.

<Arrival and Check-in Procedure>
Step 1: Upon arrival, visit the lift ticket sales office at Gunma Minakami Hodaigi Ski Resort for guidance on how to proceed.  
Step 2: Scan the QR code next to the lift ticket sales office to complete your check-in on your smartphone.  
Step 3: Put on your skis or snowboard and take the 6th pair lift to ski to the accommodation.  
Step 4: Enter the accommodation by entering the lock code at the entrance.  

*About Lift Use:*  
- Only the lift fee required for check-in is included in the accommodation cost.  
- Lift operation times may vary depending on the weather. Please check with the lift ticket sales office for the latest information.  
- If you plan to use the ski resort, please purchase lift tickets at the lift ticket sales office. You can also purchase discounted lift tickets with an additional option.  
- Only luggage up to approximately 60cm square can be transported by the lift. For larger items or if you are unable to carry them yourself, please select the "Luggage Transport" option during your reservation or inform the lift ticket sales staff.

- As with arrival, please depart by skiing or snowboarding from the Earthboat area.  
- For guests not skiing or snowboarding or those departing before 8:00, a snowmobile will be provided. Please inform the lift ticket sales staff upon arrival.  
- Please note that the use of snow groomers between 3:00 and 8:00 AM makes it dangerous to go outside, so outdoor activities are prohibited.

<Pets>  
For safety reasons, only small dogs and cats that can fit in a pet carrier are allowed to stay. Pets are allowed in all areas of the accommodation, including the sauna, but please be aware that any damage to furnishings or walls/floors caused by pets will be the responsibility of the guest.

The size of each cabin is 22m², with a maximum capacity of 3 adults.  
Pets are generally allowed throughout the accommodation, including the sauna room. Please be aware that any damage caused by pets, such as damage to equipment or scratches on the walls or floor, will be the responsibility of the guest.  
Please do not remove any provided amenities, equipment, cooking tools, or amenities from the cabin.
